After navigating the initial design phase in The Blueprints, the moment arrived to translate vision into reality. Since September 2024, the Verhuellweg has transformed into an active landscape of high-end craftsmanship. Rather than just showing the final result, this archive documents the entire journey. Every room, every floor, and every intricate technical detail is captured as it unfolds.

For me, this is where the real magic happens, but it is also where foresight makes all the difference. My experience over the past years has taught me that the foundation of a seamless renovation lies in the details you cannot see. The moment we received the keys, my priority was to immediately investigate the utilities. Knowing the current climate and the long waiting lists, it was critical to submit the application for the electrical grid upgrade on day one. Preventing delays before they even have a chance to arise is an essential part of safeguarding the process.
