What started years ago out of necessity has evolved into a lifelong passion, a deeply rewarding hobby, and a true adventure. Over the years, I have bought, stripped, and completely transformed numerous properties—each one rebuilt with a singular purpose: to become a warm, beautiful home for my family to live in.

With every house I took on, the challenge grew, and so did my expertise. While my earlier projects were a team effort backed by professionals, my last renovation marked a major milestone: it was designed, managed, and executed largely by my own two hands. Taking on a complete overhaul from top to bottom taught me lessons you cannot find in any textbook.

That being said, I am a firm believer in knowing your limits when it comes to structural integrity and safety. While I handle the majority of the rebuilding process myself, the critical and heavy-duty phases—such as foundation works, official architectural drawings, precision measurements, and complex plumbing systems—are always left to certified professionals.
